Synernet’s biomedical equipment maintenance and service program offers you a flexible approach to controlling costs on this critical expense. That’s because Synernet works with you by first completing a risk analysis of your equipment mix, then designs a service program that fits your budget and adheres to applicable JCAHO standards and state regulations.

All service work and repairs are performed by Synernet’s experienced and highly-trained field technicians, who routinely achieve monthly preventive maintenance completion rates of 95 percent or higher for each client. A field technician is always on call after hours and weekends for unexpected repairs.
