Synernet was founded in 1985 initially to serve as an administrator for group purchasing of supplies, equipment and services such as long distance telephone for its hospital ownership group. Since then, the company has evolved and expanded into other services that had burdened client organizations due to high labor costs, intermittent needs, hard-to-find skill sets, or other factors that hampered in-house efficiency.

Today, Synernet focuses squarely on administrative services from the expense side of institutional and organizational operations. With such focus, along with the scale that comes from over 20 years of growth, and dedicated specialists for each service offering, Synernet is an important strategic partner to a growing number of hospitals and physician practices both in Northern New England and nationally.
