Jason Boenig has recently repaired an External Fetal Monitor that we had been told was going to cost $2600 to repair.
For some reason I chose not to throw it away and asked Jason for a second opinion and he was able to fix it within minutes and it didn’t cost a cent above his time invested which he said was next to none!!
He is very impressive and seems to fix anything we give him with a smile on his face and in a timely fashion. He is definitely a keeper!!!

"InterMed did not specifically choose Synernet for transcription services. Rather, it was our business relationship with (Radiologists) that perpetuated the change. This is a sometimes a tedious way to begin a partnership. We were very happy with the service we were using. However, changing services meant taking full advantage of technological upgrades, such as Fusion. The first meetings that were held were very reassuring and we definitely got off on the right foot because of the time investment that was made by Synernet up front.
Thus far, the service has exceeded InterMed’s expectations. The quality of the MT work is excellent. When there are mechanical issues, the Synernet QA department addresses them and they are not likely to be repeated.
Communication is a trait that makes the Synernet staff a success. They never hesitate to ask questions and get clarification. It is apparent that any and all information is quickly shared with the staff.
The TAT (turn-around-time) is consistently great, meeting and exceeding the threshold. If we ever need a report prioritized, they delivery each and every time. InterMed’s experience with Synernet has been favorable on all levels. Thank you for your time."
